Our team built a tool from scratch enabling IT admins to send tailored messages directly to users on desktops, lock screens, or taskbars. It supports targeting, content customization, and frequency control, streamlining communication for onboarding, updates, and announcements in hybrid work settings.
IT admins lack effective tools to deliver timely, targeted messages directly to employees on key surfaces like the lock screen or desktop in remote or hybrid workplaces.
To enable IT admins to securely deliver targeted, customizable messages on Windows surfaces for training, alerts, and company updates, while minimizing distractions and security risks. I owned the entire product and design of creation flow, management dashboards, and report data visualization.
IT admins in hybrid or remote workplaces faced a challenge: how to create engaging content that employees wouldn’t overlook, while gaining the confidence to schedule and send company-wide notifications without hesitation. Additionally, they needed a reliable way to track the performance of each notification effectively.
